Eligibility Requirements

1. A physician, outside the geographic confines of the College, who has given valuable service in obstetrics and/or gynecology and who is not eligible to be a Fellow or Junior Fellow.
2. Demonstrates evidence of advanced training in women's health and be a member of an ob-gyn society or an organization recognized by the International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO). Proof of membership is required.
   
   A certified English translation is required if documents in a language other than English.

Applicants are required to pay an application fee of $335.00(U.S.), which is a one-time fee separate from membership dues. This fee must be submitted with the application and is not refundable. Applications will not be processed until the application fee has been received. Payment may be made by the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

 

Please read the bylaws of ACOG, and the Code of Professional Ethics (Click to view) before completing the application. Applicants must provide their medical license(s), and proof of ob-gyn society membership with the application. These documents should be scanned to a computer and electronically uploaded with the application. We accept documents with a file extension of .pdf, .png, .doc or .docx, .tif, jpeg, or .jpg. No other file extension types are allowed.

Processing time can take up to four (4) weeks if the application is complete.
